Warranty and Service

JPW Industries Inc. (“JPW”) warrants every Axiom Precision product against manufacturer’s defects for the warranty periods set forth below. JPW will, at its option, repair or replace a defective product, part, or component covered by this warranty. Warranty Period

Our products carry a limited warranty which varies in duration based upon the brand and product, as outlined below.

 
* Hydraulic components are subject to their manufacturer’s warranty. JPW shall not be responsible for costs expended on hydraulic components in the Edwards products. For more information, please call 800-373-8206.

** Components subject to wear during normal use and over time such as paint, labels or decals, finish and condition, seals, bearings, spoil boards, and flex cabling are excluded from this warranty. 

Who is Covered

This warranty covers only the initial end-user purchaser of the product in the United States from the date of delivery and is not transferrable.

What is Covered

This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials subject to the limitations stated herein. This warranty does not cover failures due directly or indirectly to mishandling, misuse, abuse, neglect, negligence or accidents, normal wear-and-tear, improper installation, improper operation or application, or damage due to improper repair or service, alterations or improper or lack of maintenance. Warranty of published machine tolerances is void if the machine is disassembled (other than routine maintenance) or altered by the purchaser. The warranty for Edwards products does not apply to machines and/or components subjected to lubrication or use beyond recommended capacities and specifications. 

Because JPW cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from JPW or a JPW authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. JPW reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. How to Get Technical Support

Please complete the applicable Contact Form linked below or call the applicable phone number. Please note that you will be asked to provide proof of initial purchase. You shall be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with returning the products to JPW for warranty service, if applicable. The purchaser must obtain an RGA from JPW prior to returning any products for warranty service. You shall also be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with shipping or transporting the product to you following warranty service. Shipping for items replaced under warranty is free within the continental United States. If overnight or express delivery is requested, fees will apply. 

Axiom Precision: Direct phone support allows us to provide high value at a low cost. You must be comfortable with general electrical and mechanical repair concepts, including the appropriate safety procedures, before working on your machine. If you do not have the required skills, you will need to find someone locally to assist you. We do not have factory technicians to send to your facility. 

How State Law Applies

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Limitations on this Warranty

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY FOR EACH PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL JPW BE LIABLE FOR DEATH, INJURIES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, OR FOR INCIDENTAL, CONTINGENT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS FOR PRODUCT DOWNTIME), BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Note: Axiom Precision products are divisions of JPW. References in this document to Axiom Precision also apply to JPW or any of its successors in interest to the brands.
